Healing Drum & Sound Bath Experience

Join us for a special workshop that blends the energy of interactive drumming with the restorative power of sound healing.

Drum circles provide a fun, engaging rhythm experience designed for all skill levels — no prior drumming experience is necessary. All drums and percussion instruments will be provided. Group drumming has been shown to reduce stress, encourage positive self-expression, strengthen community connection, and support social engagement.

The session will conclude with an immersive sound bath featuring Tibetan singing bowls, gentle rhythmic drumming, tuning forks, and other soothing instruments. This deeply relaxing experience is designed to help release tension and stress while promoting balance, harmony, and inner calm.

Guests who would like to lie on the floor during the sound bath are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, a pillow for their head, a pillow or bolster for under their legs, an eye mask, and a light blanket for added comfort.
